So Scared I gained all my weight back…

I weighed in after having not since the 14th of Nov.  let me tell you I had not worked out for a week straight so I was scared I had gained a lot of weight back.  Well I worked my ass of at the gym last night I arrived at the gym at 1030pm and didn’t get home till 4am wowzer that’s a long time and my lower back is killing me I think I pulled a muscle :(

Well I’m happy I hadn’t gained any weight because I lost 3 pounds  even after not working out and having all that yummy Thanksgiving food oh and 2 pieces of cheesecake because that’s my freaking weekness *drooling*.  I hope everyone had a wonderful Holiday I’m going shopping now for presents yay!

    Hon, you seriously were at the gym that long? I think you’ve done great and don’t need to be pushing yourself that much. I too have gone to the gym at 10 or 11pm because of guilt of a bad dinner choice but I don’t think it’s healthy to deprive yourself of sleep. I usually do an hour at the most then leave. You have to sleep to keep going and to keep loosing. I don’t know about you but I get kind of slap happy after midnight and I don’t want you hurting yourself and then having a setback….

    WOW! that is such a long time at the gym!! I would never have managed anything like that (I haven’t been to the gym in years though, so no harm of me overdoing it there, lol!)
    well thats great you lost 3 pounds, well done!
    You should be proud of how well you’ve done so far good luck with reaching your goals :)

    Thank you so much for the response I am proud of my weight loss thank you Maria and don’t worry Kyliejo I do sleep a lot as my mother thinks I just sleep in the A.M. and wake up at noon or 1… it sounds bad I know but my work schedule lets me do it that way love you all for the encouragement :o)
