Weigh-ins and birthdays with a little bit of arse kicking!
I’ve been up since 7 am today as I stated in my previous blog it is my only day off and I was getting up early to get some great workouts in today, and that I have. I’ve been over at my aunt and uncles house all day and this is the sabotaging aunt & uncle. It was going great cause they were gone from 8am until 3 pm and I got my workout on almost the entire time they were gone only stopping for potty breaks and phone calls that kept coming in. I started with dusting off their treadmill and going at that for an hour and a half… I was really hoping it would work and it did, but the digital display telling me my speed and distance didn’t so I was bummed I didn’t get to see how far I walked/jogged. After I got off that I did the very first Biggest Loser workout dvd they ever made. I like it except there’s low intensity cardio and high now I like the high, but the low is to low I couldn’t barely break a sweat. I did that and went to put in Jillian Micheals Cardio Kickboxing in and their dvd player made it skip so I put the second Biggest Loser workout dvd they made in and that skipped too so there went anymore dvd workouts. I decided to do another half hour on the treadmill instead and by then they got home. They went to this town called Frankenmuth it’s looks like a little german city and it has all these german shops in it among other ones. They went to a very well known bakery called Zenders and brought my sister and I an cookie in the shape of an icecream cone topped with frosting so it looked just like an icecream come brown frosting on the cone and white for the icecream and then it has little mini M&Ms on top of it too!! Then it’s also my uncles birthday and he bought and apple strussel and that’s his cake oh boy I was doing so very well today. For dinner it was fajitas and it wasn’t fajita mix in a packet it wa homemade with ginger, soy sauce, wochestire (sp lol,) honey and I think I’m forgetting something it was very yummy he marinated my tofu chicken in it and it tasted great, but I’m very worried about the sodium I took in. I made sure I only ate one that way I wouldn’t get bloated, you can tell they are carnivors cause their fajitas are all steak with very little peppers and onions and when I make them I put a TON of peppers and very little tofu chicken. I think I’m going to go home and do some Wii yoga I don’t know when that will be cause I’m still over here and we aren’t doing desert until after 9pm I think I’m sticking to the sugar free vanilla icecream and half the cookie and taking a bit of that frosting off too. I really understand they don’t get what they are doing they don’t think about what they give me before they do it’s a way of showing their love to me. They knew I was weighing and counting calories, but they want to share the yummy goodness of sweet treats that they like and it’s his bday… it was kind of funny he was like “It’s my birthday so this can be your free day!” I just laughed and smiled at him and I’ll make it look like it while I make sure I keep it under control. Oh and last time I was here I raided their chip cupboard and got into their chedder sunchips which I like and ate them and ate a ton of M&Ms they have here, today however I haven’t touched one chip not even the drawer handle and I’ve walked by those M&Ms countless times and saying “damn M&Ms” each time I do lol. I weighed myself today and I am down 4.7 lbs since the last time I weighed myself which was 5 days ago I’m very proud of that and I want ot keep it going, granted it’s not 4.7 lbs off of 169 which is what my ticker reads because I did gain while I was sick and then I went a little nutty around my bday so I had gained some and I’m trying to lose it and get back down to 169… I was looking at my past weigh ins on my Wii and found one for about 2 months ago that read 167!! but that was a midweek weigh in so it didn’t count so I didn’t update my ticker I just couldn’t believe I had gotten down to that.
U did great today, B ! The BBQ I went to a few weeks ago, my friend REALLY wanted me to eather pasta salad and I just didnt want it and I know she was being nice but sometimes peoples dont realize just how hard it IS for us to say NO ! But u did great —the workout and the treats—in moderation

2 hours on the treadmill!?? wow! that’s great! well done for avoiding those treats, it is so hard to say no sometimes….but you did great!
And well done on nearly 5 pounds down, you are back on track and doing great!!!
