Working my big bum out in the styles of cardio
Today I Did 50 min. of cardio via The Biggest Loser Cardio Max dvd I still can’t believe how out of shape I have gotten, it is a lot harder for me to keep up and not lose my breathe while I’m doing that dvd. In the past like a few months ago I did it with some ease although today was a lot better compared to a few days ago when I did it for the first time in months. After I did my workout I had to get ready for work oh joy… no I’d rather have a job, the money is a good thing and I can’t stand having a lot of days off because I burn piddly squat in calories on my days off from work. Tonight I did office work and counted money I decided a while back I would stop sitting in the comfy chair so I would burn more calories and that helps a lot. It was a stressful night at work and I decided when I got home I would do some Wii Fit Yoga, I unwound with that and burned the last of the calories I needed for the night to reach my deficit. Yes I am back to wearing my Bodybugg, I hadn’t been wearing it after I had gotten sick. I took it off while I was sick cause the littlest things were annoying me and after I got better I would wear it here and there and eventually went a couple weeks without wearing it. It was a nice freedom, but now my little friend is back here with me and helping me once again. I got done with my yoga it was 11:30 and I decided I wanted to dance around to some music for a half hour to get a little extra calorie burn session in. My wild and crazy dance antics hit the spot I was %16 over my deficit for the night. So now my calorie deficit slate has been wiped clean as of midnight and it’s time to start it over. Tomorrow or today rather is my only day off from work and I must stay active to burn my calories. I decided to go with my mom to my sabotaging aunt and uncles house their going to be gone and she needs to watch my grandma. I’m waking at 7 am and when I get there I’m using that treadmill that sits in their dining room collecting dust and I’m going to walk and maybe get a nice jog going on it. That treadmill is not going to know what hit it. When I get home I’m going to do my Biggest Loser dvd again, but this time it’s going to be a different one and then I’m going to add Jillian Micheals cardio kickboxing to the mix. Lookout fat here I come!!

oh I love the Jillian kickboxing dvd.. i wish it were a bit longer but love it..

Bodybugg sounds like a great idea, i’d never heard of them, not sure if you get them over here, i’ll look into it!
Thanks for the comment on my blog! That’s disappointing if i only lost half those calories at the gym, but i don’t really mind. I don’t track them against my food or anything,i just did it out of interest to see what i might have lost! It was 2 hours more exercise than i get a lot of days, lol!!

Have you tried Jillian Michaels’ Boost Your Metabolism? I don’t like all of her workouts, or the Biggest Loser workouts, but really like that one.
