This weekend was one of the best in a long time!
So I had a blast this weekend, I went out on Fri night for a friends bday for about an hour, but I didn’t drink. Sat I went to a wedding and had to get up early cause I carpooled with people in the wedding. I ate great before the wedding had breakfast and then a salad for lunch and dinner well I just wanted to have a fun night so I ate what was at the wedding. They had Waldorf salad, sticky buns ( I ate a half one,) some kind of pasta salad (I ate about 2 tbsps,) a sweet roll ( ate one) Steamed sqaush and carrots and that was my dinner it was very yummy. I didn’t eat the cake, but I defenfinatly grabbed one of every italian dessert they had there. I only ate 1 bite of each thing and I grabbed about 5desserts. I did however eat 2 buckeyes cause they were sooo yummy. I couldn’t resisit the desserts it was an italian wedding and they looked good, but I didn’t care for anything, but the buckeyes =P. I have to admit I drank a ton though. I got to ride on the party bus with the bridal party so I had 3 Mikes Pomegranate lemonade there and I couldn’t begin to count how many mixed drinks I had. I did have fun though I danced the whole night and was sweating so bad my shirt was soaking wet as was my hair it was gross because people could tell. I hope I’m not like that when I have to wear my bridesmaids dress in a month =/
Oh and to let you know the aftermath of the dinner and drinks… my body was not used to the food I ate that it didn’t stay in me long sorry TMI I know, but my stomach hurt and it was rolling the whole night. When I got home my feet looked like a pregnant persons they were so swollen and today they hadn’t gone down my shoes were tight. It was all that alcohol I’m still drinking my gallon of water hoping that they will have gone down by tomorrow.
Ok and to answer questions from the last blog. I workout for 2 hours a day and as long as I work on those days too I can burn 3,500 calories. If I have an off day from work then I have to workout for at least 4 hours and that can include 2 hours on a treadmil and the other 2 hours dvds which is what I use on the days I only workout for 2 hours. I’m very safe about it and I only workout for 5-6 days a week. Like this past Sat and Sun I did not workout, but I tried to stay active in the sense that I danced my ass off Sat and I worked Sun so I know I burned at least 2,500 cal. On my off days my goal is to just burn at least 2,000 calories.
dang girl you are so motivated…i dunno how you stay so motivated when you also work so much…i make excuses all the time for not working out because i worked all day and was on my feet and bla bla bla! but if you can do it i can do it too…i need to so badly! ive been at the same weight for almost a month now! at least i haventgained but dang my goal is to lose not maintain! welp keep up all that good work girl you are gonna have a smokin body before you know it!
You are still doing great! I am so glad to hear it! That sucks your feet are so swollen though, I hope the do go down soon.
sounds like fun! Dancing is such a workout.
