			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;ve been working and still continue to work everyday this week until Fri then I am going north for the weekend!  I&#8217;m still undecided as to if I will be drinking this weekend or not.  See the last 2 years I&#8217;ve went camping with a group of friends and we get inner tubes and lay in them and go floating down the river.  Now any normal person not watching what their consuming would sit there and drink beer after beer as I did last year and take jello shot after jello shot like it&#8217;s nobodies business all the while chain smoking, this was me last year.  This year I&#8217;m not sure if I&#8217;m going to make the jello shots or if I will be drinking at all while I go floating.  I just can&#8217;t justify sitting there for up to 5 hours while racking up my calorie count,  yet everyone will rag on me for not drinking and yes I know they shouldn&#8217;t and I don&#8217;t let it get to me, but dang it is so fun to drink while floating down a river and I don&#8217;t know why.  I have to also find foods I can take with me that don&#8217;t have to be prepaired and stuff so good I won&#8217;t have to log it and worry about gaining.  I don&#8217;t need to be gaining ANY weight.  TOMs here and I&#8217;m already bloated and up 2 pounds from him so I dont&#8217;t need anymore.  I&#8217;ve thought up taking my tofu hot dogs and taking a bunch of fruit like apples and peaches stuff that doesn&#8217;t need to be cut or require a fork lol.  This is why I hate being out of my element I can&#8217;t control everything and I HATE not being incontrol.</p>
<p>On another note I picked up my bridesmaid dress today and I can&#8217;t wait to wear it actually I can&#8217;t wait to do alot of things.  I also went shopping for my bathingsuit and found a cute 1 piece I&#8217;ll post a pic when I wear it this weekend.  I also shopped around for dresses to wear to the bachelorette party for my friend whos wedding I&#8217;m in.  I would describe them as Carrie Bradshaw cocktail dresses    .  I had to get my passport for this cause we&#8217;re going to canada so that all the girls in the wedding can drink her, her cousin is only 19 so we want her to be able to go out and have fun plus we wanna go to a male strip club since they don&#8217;t have them here in MI.  Ok back to the dresses&#8230; I found 2 they are both short up to your knees (which I normally hate) one is all black and silky material (well both are) it has one thick shoulder strap which has black silky flowers going up it and  the other strap is a spagetti strap.  It&#8217;s tight on my upper half so it keeps me all sucked in and the bottom has tulle under it so it poofs out so the dress makes me look a little bigger, but I don&#8217;t care it is adorable.  The other one is green and black flower print on a white background it is also short to the knees and it strapless&#8230; now I don&#8217;t usually go for strapless cause the ol&#8217; ta-ta&#8217;s sag a bit (thanks gravity!)  however they don&#8217;t look too bad in this dress it too is tighter on top and has vertical roushing or bunching on the bottom half starting at the butt area and stopping at my knees this one makes me look slimmer, the only reason I hesitate on this one is I&#8217;m afraid I&#8217;ll be adjusting the good ol boobs all night and I want to be carefree that night. I plan on macking on all the guys for free drinks!!  I do love both and my sister said she liked the green one on me I just don&#8217;t know.  I&#8217;m going back fri to pick one so wish me luck with choosing.</p>
<p>Ok I&#8217;ve got to work at 7 am the next 2 days so I&#8217;ve got to go to bed while I read my Chelsea Handler book&#8230; I rad the first half just last night I wish I had time tonight to finish it, it is so funny.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I had a blast this weekend, I went out on Fri night for a friends bday for about an hour, but I didn&#8217;t drink.  Sat I went to a wedding and had to get up early cause I carpooled with people in the wedding.  I ate great before the wedding had breakfast and then a salad for lunch and dinner well I just wanted to have a fun night so I ate what was at the wedding.  They had Waldorf salad, sticky buns ( I ate a half one,) some kind of pasta salad (I ate about 2 tbsps,) a sweet roll ( ate one) Steamed sqaush and carrots and that was my dinner it was very yummy.  I didn&#8217;t eat the cake, but I defenfinatly grabbed one of every italian dessert they had there.  I only ate 1 bite of each thing and I grabbed about 5desserts.  I did however eat 2 buckeyes cause they were sooo yummy.  I couldn&#8217;t resisit the desserts it was an italian wedding and they looked good, but I didn&#8217;t care for anything, but the buckeyes =P.  I have to admit I drank a ton though.  I got to ride on the party bus with the bridal party so I had 3 Mikes Pomegranate lemonade there and I couldn&#8217;t begin to count how many mixed drinks I had.  I did have fun though I danced the whole night and was sweating so bad my shirt was soaking wet as was my hair it was gross because people could tell.  I hope I&#8217;m not like that when I have to wear my bridesmaids dress in a month =/</p>
<p>Oh and to let you know the aftermath of the dinner and drinks&#8230; my body was not used to the food I ate that it didn&#8217;t stay in me long sorry TMI I know, but my stomach hurt and it was rolling the whole night.  When I got home my feet looked like a pregnant persons they were so swollen and today they hadn&#8217;t gone down my shoes were tight.  It was all that alcohol I&#8217;m still drinking my gallon of water hoping that they will have gone down by tomorrow.</p>
<p>Ok and to answer questions from  the last blog.  I  workout for 2 hours a day and as long as I work on those days too I can burn 3,500 calories.  If I have an off day from work then I have to workout for at least 4 hours and that can include 2 hours on a treadmil and the other 2 hours dvds which is what I use on the days I only workout for 2 hours.  I&#8217;m very safe about it and I only workout for 5-6 days a week.  Like this past Sat and Sun I did not workout, but I tried to stay active in the sense that I danced my ass off Sat and I worked Sun so I know I burned at least 2,500 cal.  On my off days my goal is to just burn at least 2,000 calories.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ok I have to work tonight and I should currently be working out so to make this a quickie&#8230;  I have made a new goal for myself and that is to burn at the least 3,500 calories everyday.  This means that I need to get in at the least a 2 hour workout and work my job.  So on my days off I&#8217;ll need to workout for longer of course, but it can be done.  So today I only have time for an hour workout before work and I&#8217;m going to have to come home and do another hour.  I look forward to this only 1 more pound and I&#8217;ll be at 168 again I can&#8217;t wait to see what my ticker gets to say Tuesday!  I hope I don&#8217;t blow it too bad with this wedding Sat :/  Stay strong right everyone we all CAN do this!!  See you on the other side =P  of what I don&#8217;t know you tell me&#8230; as for me it will be other side of 168 lol.</p>

<p>It&#8217;s my friends birthday tonight and he&#8217;s having a fire, but it&#8217;s so cold and rainy outside the weather here is truly that of fall soon to be winter.  I think he is moving it in his basement and that means beerpong which I love to play, but I&#8217;ll be sitting out tonight I&#8217;ll be in the cheer section lol.  I&#8217;ve eaten my dinner and sit at 1,206 calories which is exactly where I want to be so I can&#8217;t decide if I should have 1 beer or not, I&#8217;ve even drank all my water for the day and I still have to get at least and hour and a half workout session in,  I guess I&#8217;ll be drinking more than a gallon of water today :]   Oh Becky I have my own version of a RB and I&#8217;ve invited him to go with me to the fire.  We had our fun in high school and since then we occasionally talk here and there every few months.  We&#8217;ll see if I learn anything from Becky or not =P  Get this last night I was talking to him and he asked me how my shopping trip went,  I told him just grand I LOVE to shop (not) and he said &#8220;well why don&#8217;t I take you down to Great Lakes Crossing to look for something there&#8221;  this is a much bigger mall and it&#8217;s an hour away by the way,  I think I had to pick my jaw up from the ground I couldn&#8217;t believe that someone from the male species offered to go to the mall and endure countless hours of giving his opinion, to bad I don&#8217;t have time to go before sat. or I would have taken advantage of that lol.  Well I must really get going nowI&#8217;m taking precious exercise time up now.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p> It feels so weird to get to sit here and write a blog it&#8217;s been soo long.  I would like to say this will be a shorty, but since it&#8217;s been awhile it&#8217;s likely going to be lengthy, but I&#8217;ll try to trim the fat lol&#8230;  the 14th was my little sisters 18th birthday!  I still can&#8217;t believe she is a legal adult.  I did great on her bday ate lunch at mongolian bbq and little did I know they&#8217;re sauces are all 70 cal and under per serving that made my day  I ate a tofu veggie bowl it was delish!  After lunch I ran around like a chicken with their head cut off getting food for dinner and helping prepare dinner.  My sisters friends made her a cake and when they brought the cake it ended up being 3 cakes and about 10 cupcakes wholey moley!!   I couldn&#8217;t believe it, good thing they are teenagers and most of it got eaten and I sent the rest home to an aunts house for her kids.  The rest of the week was great I&#8217;ve been doing good with working out even too.  I went out on the 18th for a bachelorette party we took a limo for the 45 minute drive to the bar and got in free and had VIP for the night.  We got a free shot (of what I don&#8217;t know) for the whole group and a free glass and bottle of champagne I thought that was great.  After those drinks I had an ameretto sour which was too sweet (I&#8217;m not used to all that sugar) and traded with my flamboyant gay friend he had a coors light beer.  I thought it funny him being gay had a manly drink and I had the girly drink and we ended up trading&#8230; it made me giggle.  I think I ended up having one more drink after that so not to bad for the night, which I ended up dancing for 3 hours straight and when I say straight I think I sat for maybe 10 min and I was up dancing for the rest of the night, I was litterally sweating when we left, eww grosse.  I had a family reunion this past sat and I ate not so great, but kept the portions in check and I went and played in the playground with all the little chillins.  Little kids love me, I just don&#8217;t know why,  it&#8217;s ok though they keep me moving.  I pushed my 10 yr old cousin on the tire swing for what felt like hours and woke up with sore arms and shoulders the next day.  Today was my day off which means lots of working out.  I woke up early today to shop for the wedding I&#8217;m going to on sat and had to be back by noon cause my sister had a job interview where I work and I&#8217;m happy to say she got hired.  I went to my aunts house to walk on her treadmill which I did for 2 hours straight!  My hips have never hurt so bad in my entire life!  I got home late which meant a late dinner, but I kept it light and when I added my calories up for today it ended at 700!!  Oops good thing I write everything down and add it up BEFORE I eat it so I had to add a couple things to my dinner to get more nutrients in.  I guess thats what I get for eating fruit and veggies all day instead of crap. Breakfast is always oatmeal and steamed apple with yogurt and I had a huge spinach salad for lunch and dinner was a squash, sweet potato and tofu spagetti with homemade sauce I had to add the sweet potato and boca chik patty for some protein and make it closer to 1,000 calories.  My new favorite thing is getting a bunch of fruit together and making fruit salad then I just take some out of the bowl its in each day and munch on that instead of crappy food.  Oh I forgot to tell ya where I&#8217;ve been for those who know Michigan we have a vast &#8220;Up North&#8221; it&#8217;s where all the old people go if they don&#8217;tmove to Florida.  It&#8217;s also where every Michignader vacations.  I think most all of us look forward to the summer so we can visit our cabins and go to the lake and lay on the beach, this is where I was for a few days after my sisters bday.  It was kind of unexpected, I mean I was trying to make plans to go since it was my family vacation, but i had work and figured I couldn&#8217;t go, but things worked out differently and I got to go for a few days.  Now generally I HATE camping, but our family cabin is actually a house becuase we have a ton of land up there oh and when I say family I mean 4 uncles and all their wives and offspring it&#8217;s not to many of us, but enough.  My dad and stepmother and brothers take a 5th wheel up there and park it on the land I however refuse to sleep in it so they make room for me on a bunkbed lol.  The rest of the family pitches tents on the land.  Most of my dads side is guys I only have 1 girl cousin thank god she&#8217;s my age or I&#8217;d go crazy on family vacays.  It was fun up there we mainly just walk the land a lot take nature hikes and go to the lake, but it&#8217;s always to cold to swim for long.   I hope ya&#8217;ll missed me cause I sure missed you&#8230; I&#8217;ve been wondering how Holly has been and if she&#8217;s broken the 170&#8217;s yet and how Becky is doing with Rb, How Nancy is doing with her classes and her running and life, if Loni is doing good with her job and taking off those lbs like crazy!, how Kama is doing down there with the heat &amp; her AC and if she&#8217;s still kicking butt with Jillian, I&#8217;ve been dying to know if Maria is still keeping up with working out after working at the camp, and Journey how she is doing with her running! I&#8217;ve just been thinking all these things while I&#8217;ve been gone so now I&#8217;m going to go get answers!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today was another successful day in my book.  I got up at 8:30 and ate breakfast them did 2 hours of cardio via of course my Biggest Loser dvds.  I&#8217;m hoping I don&#8217;t get bored of them because they&#8217;re all I have right now until I get this gym problem figured out.  I once again burned over 3,oo0 calories that&#8217;s 3 days in a row now!  I would have loved to have this device when I fist started working out cause I used to workout for 4 hours and work at my job so I could only imagine how many I burned then.  Once I get back to the gym I&#8217;m going to do it, stay there for 4 hours so I get an idea of what I was burning.  No wonder why I lost so much then and am not now.  I&#8217;m wasn&#8217;t working out for one so that was a big clue and now I don&#8217;t workout as much, but I&#8217;m ok with that since it&#8217;s better to lose it slower.  I&#8217;ve been coming home from work at night and doing my Wii yoga or dancing around, but tonight I decided not to and instead I&#8217;m going to get a headstart on reading Harry Potter and go to bed so I can wake up earlier again and workout then go to work.</p>
<p>Today I bought a new shirt, it&#8217;s actually kind of a dressy tank top and its purple, which happens to be the best color for me to wear I&#8217;ve found out.  I also found I still hate shopping.  I have a bachelorette party Sat.  It starts with going out to dinner then a party bus I&#8217;m not sure wether to get excited for it or not.  I REALLY hate going out, like to bars and what not.  I don&#8217;t find it fun at all and I really don&#8217;t like to drink anymore especially when I&#8217;ve been doing great this past week.  I mean I already have to eat out what more do they want!  lol&#8230;  So I haven&#8217;t decided if I want to have a couple drinks on the bus I did pay for the liqour already as part of the fee to get on the bus.  I think I might have a couple shots and call it good I get really sloppy when I&#8217;m drunk anyways people always have to carry me and hold me up, can you imagine how hard that had to be when i was 55 lbs heavier hahaha!  poor suckers ;p  Well I&#8217;m off to bed now goodnight all :]</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am pleased to announce I burned 3,833 calories yesterday.  To burn even more before my slate was wiped clean I danced to Lady Gaga at 11:30 at night until midnight hit.  I tell you I looked a fool haha.  I love to dance though I was never in dance classes, but somehow my fat arse made it onto my high schools dance team in my junior year and I thoroughly enjoyed it.  Today I worked for 5 hours and then when I got out I went to the cell phone store and turned in my rebate and then I went tanning for a whopping 10 min.  they had new bulbs and I haven&#8217;t been in a month so I don&#8217;t want to burn myself.  When I got home I decided to do some workout dvds I started with Biggest Loser Cardio Max did the whole thing then I moved onto Jillian Micheals Cardio Kickboxing and finished it off with Jillian Micheals Backside for Beginners and I did a half hour of yoga on my Wii before I left for work so in total Igot my workout on for 3 hours today!  Yay and tomorrow I want to get up early to get a couple hours in then I have to go shopping for an outfit for saturday, I&#8217;m going on a party bus and they asked that we wore a brown shirt so it gives me a reason to spend some money on myself although I shouldn&#8217;t be.  Ok it is midnight now and I must be going.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;ve been up since 7 am today as I stated in my previous blog it is my only day off and I was getting up early to get some great workouts in today, and that I have.  I&#8217;ve been over at my aunt and uncles house all day and this is the sabotaging aunt &amp; uncle.  It was going great cause they were gone from 8am until 3 pm and I got my workout on almost the entire time they were gone only stopping for potty breaks and phone calls that kept coming in.  I started with dusting off their treadmill and going at that for an hour and a half&#8230; I was really hoping it would work and it did, but the digital display telling me my speed and distance didn&#8217;t so I was bummed I didn&#8217;t get to see how far I walked/jogged.  After I got off that I did the very first Biggest Loser workout dvd they ever made.  I like it except there&#8217;s low intensity cardio and high now I like the high, but the low is to low I couldn&#8217;t barely break a sweat.  I did that and went to put in Jillian Micheals Cardio Kickboxing in and their dvd player made it skip so I put the second Biggest Loser workout dvd they made in and that skipped too so there went anymore dvd workouts.  I decided to do another half hour on the treadmill instead and by then they got home.  They went to this town called Frankenmuth it&#8217;s looks like a little german city and it has all these german shops in it among other ones.  They went to a very well known bakery called Zenders and brought my sister and I an cookie in the shape of an icecream cone topped with frosting so it looked just like an icecream come brown frosting on the cone and white for the icecream and then it has little mini M&amp;Ms on top of it too!!  Then it&#8217;s also my uncles birthday and he bought and apple strussel and that&#8217;s his cake oh boy I was doing so very well today.  For dinner it was fajitas and it wasn&#8217;t fajita mix in a packet it wa homemade with ginger, soy sauce, wochestire (sp lol,) honey and I think I&#8217;m forgetting something it was very yummy he marinated my tofu chicken in it and it tasted great, but I&#8217;m very worried about the sodium I took in.  I made sure I only ate one that way I wouldn&#8217;t get bloated,  you can tell they are carnivors cause their fajitas are all steak with very little peppers and onions and when I make them I put a TON of peppers and very little tofu chicken.  I think I&#8217;m going to go home and do some Wii yoga I don&#8217;t know when that will be cause I&#8217;m still over here and we aren&#8217;t doing desert until after 9pm I think I&#8217;m sticking to the sugar free vanilla icecream and half the cookie and taking a bit of that frosting off too.  I really understand they don&#8217;t get what they are doing they don&#8217;t think about what they give me before they do it&#8217;s a way of showing their love to me.  They knew I was weighing and counting calories, but they want to share the yummy goodness of sweet treats that they like and it&#8217;s his bday&#8230; it was kind of funny he was like &#8220;It&#8217;s my birthday so this can be your free day!&#8221;  I just laughed and smiled at him and I&#8217;ll make it look like it while I make sure I keep it under control.  Oh and last time I was here I raided their chip cupboard and got into their chedder sunchips which I like and ate them and ate a ton of M&amp;Ms they have here, today however I haven&#8217;t touched one chip not even the drawer handle and I&#8217;ve walked by those M&amp;Ms countless times and saying &#8220;damn M&amp;Ms&#8221; each time I do lol.  I weighed myself today and I am down 4.7 lbs since the last time I weighed myself which was 5  days ago I&#8217;m very proud of that and I want ot keep it going, granted it&#8217;s not 4.7 lbs off of 169 which is what my ticker reads because I did gain while I was sick and then I went a little nutty around my bday so I had gained some and I&#8217;m trying to lose it and get back down to 169&#8230; I was looking at my past weigh ins on my Wii and found one for about 2 months ago that read 167!!  but that was a midweek weigh in so it didn&#8217;t count so I didn&#8217;t update my ticker I just couldn&#8217;t believe I had gotten down to that.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today I Did 50 min. of cardio via The Biggest Loser Cardio Max dvd I still can&#8217;t believe how out of shape I have gotten, it is a lot harder for me to keep up and not lose my breathe while I&#8217;m doing that dvd.  In the past like a few months ago I did it with some ease although today was a lot better compared to a few days ago when I did it for the first time in months.  After I did my workout I had to get ready for work oh joy&#8230; no I&#8217;d rather have a job, the money is a good thing and I can&#8217;t stand having a lot of days off because I burn piddly squat in calories on my days off from work.  Tonight I did office work and counted money I decided a while back I would stop sitting in the comfy chair so I would burn more calories and that helps a lot.  It was a stressful night at work and I decided when I got home I would do some Wii Fit Yoga,  I unwound with that and burned the last of the calories I needed for the night to reach my deficit.  Yes I am back to wearing my Bodybugg,  I hadn&#8217;t been wearing it after I had gotten sick.  I took it off while I was sick cause the littlest things were annoying me and after I got better I would wear it here and there and eventually went a couple weeks without wearing it.  It was a nice freedom, but now my little friend is back here with me and helping me once again.  I got done with my yoga it was 11:30 and I decided I wanted to dance around to some music for a half hour to get a little extra calorie burn session in.   My wild and crazy dance antics hit the spot I was %16 over my deficit for the night.  So now my calorie deficit slate has been wiped clean as of midnight and it&#8217;s time to start it over.  Tomorrow or today rather is my only day off from work and I must stay active to burn my calories.  I decided to go with my mom to my sabotaging aunt and uncles house their going to be gone and she needs to watch my grandma.  I&#8217;m waking at 7 am and when I get there I&#8217;m using that treadmill that sits in their dining room collecting dust and I&#8217;m going to walk and maybe get a nice jog going on it.  That treadmill is not going to know what hit it.  When I get home I&#8217;m going to do my Biggest Loser dvd again, but this time it&#8217;s going to be a different one and then I&#8217;m going to add Jillian Micheals cardio kickboxing to the mix.  Lookout fat here I come!!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I thought I wasn&#8217;t going to be doing anything this weekend except go to my local park to watch the fireworks on the 4th, but boy was I dead wrong!  I stated in a previous blog I lead a hermit like life and this weekend was anything but like a hermits life.</p>
<p>On Fri we went to Bay City to watch the fireworks and hence the name BAY it was a fireworks show over the bay and I would say they are the biggest and best in the state.  So many people go there that there is a 2 hour traffic jam when you try to leave after the show.  We prevented that by parking out of the vacinity of the bay.  I went with my flamboyantly gay friend, his sister, her daughter who is 17 months old and their mom who is 62.  I was going to workout Fri night, but he asked me right after I got hime from work if I wanted to go with him and his family cause his mom had never been and there was a carnival there to take the baby to.  I thought it would be a great way to get out of my house and I would be walking around so that could be my low inpact cardio.  Their mom was so funny she was trying to figure out ways of getting out of going and she was the one who wanted to go lol.  I got back from them at around 12:30 and crashed because I had to get up for work earlier on sat.  After I got out of work on Sat I went straight to the park and walked around a ton there.  I took peoples kids to the play areas and watched them so they wouldn&#8217;t have to go and that gave me a workout watching 3 kids under 5 is hard work I was constantly looking for them and counting them.   Once I was done playing with them at the playscape and met back up with my very large (as in number of people) my godson showed up with his mom who is one of my besties and he wanted to go down to the play area so it was back to watching 3 kids under 6 this time, it was easier though cause all their parents came with me.  After the fireworks I raced hime cause I had to pee like a mother trucker&#8230; the downfalls of drinking a ton of water lol.  I went straight to bed cause again I had to go to that wonderful place that keeps my paychecks the next day.  So today I went to work got out at 2:30 and went home to get ready to go to a birthday party for a 2 year old.  I took my godson since the poeple had a pool it would give me reason to go in it.  my poor godson all he could talk about was goign swimming and I made hime wait for a couple hours after we ate to get in.  Once we finally did I couldn&#8217;t go past my waist it was so windy out it made it very cold.  I don&#8217;t know how the kids were swimming in the water, but they looked like icicles after they got out.  So I was excited to go swimming for once, but I never actually swam.  I guess there might be another party over there in a couple weeks maybe I&#8217;ll get to then.  So much for an uneventful weekend huh!?  I&#8217;m happy with how it turned out though.  There&#8217;s most days I like staying inside and sometimes I just crave to get out and do something.  I have to actually do the dishes tonight and I want to get in a workout eventhough I&#8217;ve burned enough calories I was a naughty girl this weekend and had a little bits of somethings I could have don without.  I need to burn a little extra now so I can hopefully see results still.</p>
